Do you see yourself helping others losing weight and going the extra miles to help others accomplish their goals ? come join my class how to become a good personal trainer and I will teach you everything you must know about being a personal trainer. By taking my class you will gain the knowledge by helping your clients in the future the diet plans they must eat, what types of exercise they must do, how to interact with them and also how to understand them the way they think.



Learning their diet plans are very important because whatever they insert in their body is the results that their body shows. In my course, i will be teaching the benefits and the consequences of eating healthy food and trans fat food. According to the article ”Healthy eating” by the authors Lawrence Robinson, Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, cooking meals at home, and reducing your intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates, on the other hand, may help to improve mood and lower your risk for mental health problems.”


                               


Consist of eating food that are high and saturated fat and trans fats like processed food  or deep fried food consistently. These can can cause to high blood cholesterol  and contribute buildup of plaque that will lead to cardiovascular diseases. A good nutrient food consist of potassium, fiber, and rich and vitamins (A, B, C, E, K). by eating spinach, carrots, apples, banana, potatoes etc..  Not eating your fruits vegetables can reduce our potassium and fiber intake. In the american heart associated, it  shows that “Replacing foods that are high in saturated fat with healthier options can lower blood cholesterol levels and improve lipid profiles.”



you must keep a close eye to your patient and always ask them what was the last meal they had if their weight doesn't add up. They will always find a way to lie because they are in denial. Making them feel comfortable and getting in them in that positive mood is very important because realising they are in denial is the first step to progress.



Other than nutrients, you must understand how to communicate and understand your future clients in order to pass this course. Being a personal trainer is not as easy as it sounds and you must keep practicing how to get better with your communication skills because anything to you say to your clients can be held against you. You must put yourself in the same shoes as them. Keep in mind your client hired you as a personal trainer for a reason, the last thing they want to hear is an unpleasant comment from their trainer. You always want to ame kyour client safe and comfortable.


               



Least but not last you will be graded on how they exercise. You must learn the right equipments their body can use at their strength. It would be considered as negligent if your client can only weigh 100 pounds but you would push them to their limits and they got injured.
