How many times have you tried going to the gym to stay fit but always found yourself an excuse of not going to the gym? Ever thought of how much money you could of saved every time you paid your membership every month for the gym? There many other ways you could stay fit by not going to the gym and i am your answer for that problem.

                                   
I believe the gym shouldn't be your only answer to exercise at all. With going to work, taking care of children, having school to go to, not only struggling to make enough money to take care of your family but also to spend on the gym. I think that’s a little bit too much. I created a solution that can help everybody around the world. As a personal trainer, I created a website called, Myonlinefitness.com that can help with get your health mentally and physically stronger.

On Myonlinefitness.com, it breaks down every category you need such as blogs, meal planner, exercise planner and nutrients/exercise books that can be read. How does it work you may ask? Its simple, we give you a free trial for a month but must register at the age of +18. The reasons why it's a free trial a month is because there is no reason we shouldn't give everybody a fair tryout to see how of an excellent this website is and to also show everybody how it's worth spending every dime in this.


                          


Once you finish experiencing that free monthly trial i guarantee you will be very satisfied with this experience. How do you use the website you ask? Its also simple, everyday out of the week you can do different types of activities. On mondays, you can read a chapter or two of a book by a  famous author, how to keep training your brain to eat healthy. On tuesday’s, you could record your weight keep up with your results. Those of you who have a smartphone could download the app on your phone; by  Wednesday, your phone will alarm you to do 30 minutes exercise or how ever minutes/hours and exercise you are pleased with. On thursday’s,  you could also pick five different types of exercise. On friday, you could read blogs about health wellness. On the weekend, you may take a break but the more you read or exercise the more you will feel mentally and physically stronger.


                

In order to get positive results from this program, you should not be skipping out your workout nor ignore your workout time. You must be truthful to yourself otherwise there won't be any progress. From the trainer metrics, they believe if you are not honest with your work out to “Stop cycling your programming without knowing when it's appropriate to move on. Set target goals and be aware of training program benchmarks for quicker progressions.” honesty is the first step to get you motivated and set yourself a goal.

The purpose of creating this app/website is to allow everybody that doesn't have any opportunity to make it to the gym. Why struggle to go to the gym all the time when you can make everything much easier for you. Not only you get to read blogs and books that you do not have to pay for with separate price but you also get to schedule your workout for the day and record your meals everyday. With a free month trial, i don't see why not anybody wouldn't want to give it a try. It's helpful and free!
