Stress free center
Does final week stresses you out? Do you have children that gives you headache all the time? And How many times do you go crazy trying to keep calm during work because of your coworkers or clients? I completely understand how you feel. Have you tried taking a day, week or a month off from all your trouble. If yes, when was the last time you actually took a break from all that. Whenever you are feeling sad, depressed and stressed you should come down once a week to my stress free yoga.
What is yoga you may ask? Yoga is a universal practice that takes over the mind over the body. By concentrating on your breathing and focusing on the present, it helps your body relaxes and distance the body from stress. According to -Alan C. Berger, D.C, he believes “yoga is extremely important factor of obtaining optimal levels of health. It detoxifies your body from all of the toxins we are exposed, from the environment.” My stress free yoga contains all clients should release all the burden on their back the minute they walk in and should not bring any problems to other clients.All phones and electronics are not allowed in my yoga shop. Reasons why are because we create our stress by connecting with other people by bringing back that stress you are trying to escape from.
Why should you come to my stress free yoga? Do you want to be 40 years old appearing as an 60 years old or do you want to be a 40 years old appearing young as ever? According to John Tunney on his yoga website, by doing yoga, “yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure… what's more: yoga improves muscle tone, flexibility, Reduces stress and tension, Boosts self esteem, Lowers fat, Improves circulation, Creates sense of well being and calm.” These are a portion of all the benefits of doing yoga and by engaging in that activity your body will feel free.
In this yoga class, my clients will learn how to set themselves in the right positions, they will learn how to focus on their breathing, learn the different types of yoga music, the types of clothing they should wear during the class and work on how to communicate with the world without reacting a certain way. They must “Strip away the emotions, sensations and conditions and somewhere deep down inside you are still there. Strip it all away and you find out who you really are.”This yoga class is built on trust upon their peers and all the positive energy they could receive from each other.
There's always one burden we all want to forget and escape from this world. Don't you agree? Because i do and this is why i believe you should come down to my stress free yoga center to understand how it feels to feel relieved once again. No children, no responsibilities, just you and your mind that makes up a whole.
